You shall not use or disclose to any person, either during or at any time after your employment or volunteer role with the Union any confidential matters about the organisation or affairs of the Union.This includes the use of any social media and social networking sites (please refer to the Social Media Policy).
As an Employee or volunteer you may be in a position where you have access to confidential records such as personal or sensitive information. All employees and volunteers are required to maintain confidentially, this means there should be no discussions relating to an individual or an organisation outside of union roles.
If confidentiality must be breached due to the possibility of individuals being at risk, then the AberSU Safeguarding procedure must be followed in line with the policy.
