Responsibilities of all Volunteer Officers
- To attend all appropriate Undeb Aberystwyth and University meetings including Senedd Meetings and Forums.
- To act in a professional and appropriate manner always.
- To ensure that all decisions and actions are taken in line with the Undeb Aberystwyth constitution and current Undeb Aberystwyth policy.
- To be prepared to report on the progress of the work under their remit.
- To regularly meet and liaise with relevant Officer Trustees and staff members.
- To attend relevant meet and greets throughout the year.
- To attend all training relevant to their role.
Responsibilities of Trans ands GNC Students’ Officer
- Representing students who identify as Transgender and GNC (Gender non-conforming students and non-binary students who identify as Transgender. *We are aware not all these students identify as Transgender as well) on matters relevant to them. • Co-ordinating and leading campaigns on matters relating to the needs of Trans and GNC students.
- Acting as a source of information and point of contact for Trans GNC students.
- Advising Undeb Aberystwyth on ways it can improve its work in line with the needs of Trans and GNC students.
- Working with students, full-time officer and officers across Wales and the UK to ensure the needs of Trans GNC students are represented.

Be an effective member of the Senedd. |

Working on improving toilets on campus, showing where gender neutral toilets are on campus as well as a campaign about respecting period products in male toilets. |

Create a more diverse LGBT+ History Moonth and Pride Month and joining the NUS Liberation Collective |

Set up an LGBT+ Forum once a term to find out what potential issues are for the LGBT+ Community at the University. |

Support the Union with Policy work such as SHAG Week and Beyond the Binary. |
