Hi, I’m Will some of you may recognise me from around campus and the Undeb Aber. I have studied at Aberystwyth for 4 years, beginning with a foundation degree in Astrophysics and ending with a degree in Marketing. I am heavily involved in Kaotica Tabletop Games society, being president for the majority of my Undergraduate.
Tell us an interesting or random fact about yourself..
I was born without wisdom teeth due to a genetic mutation.

It’s your last meal on earth…what’s on the menu? & which 3 celebrities would you invite for food?
My last meal would have to be a good old roast dinner. I would have to invite Henry Cavill, Matt Smith and George Lucas.
What are your hobbies or interests?
My main hobby and interest is Warhammer and all things related, my life somewhat revolves around it. I am also heavily interested in Pokèmon, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Space and Dinosaurs.
Why did you choose to stand for this role?
I was heavily inspired by my predecessor Anna Simpkins.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
Interacting with the student population.
What are some of the causes you care about?
Personally, anything related to Cats. AAO wise, neurodiversity.
What is your favourite Aberystwyth hangout?
If I had to say, it would be the Royal Pier Billiards Bar.
If you could be an animal what would you be and why?
I would be a house cat, living the life of a God.
What one thing do you think everyone should do/try at least once in their lifetime?
Be yourself, it sounds rather cliché. Letting you troubles go and truly being yourself is the most liberating experience you will ever have.
You are on your way to work on a Monday morning…what song comes on as your soundtrack?
I’m more of an audiobook person, and since you tend not to have an audiobook playlist, I am currently listening to “The Abyssal Archive” Written by Lokey and Read by VaatiVidya. And I will probably still be listening to it by the time this goes live.
Name a favourite place you have visited and why.
Firestorm Games in Cardiff, it’s a massive geek storer built in an old car showroom, with loads of stock and areas to play.
